TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment Options:
​Credit cards, personal checks, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo are accepted forms of payment. If paid through PayPal or credit card, there will be additional fees from the card company. All deposits MUST be paid prior to starting the commissioned project.
Refunds
​For original commissions, once the deposit has been paid, refunds will NOT be available. For pre-written shows, ensembles will have a grace period of 7 days to request a refund to ensure that other clients have an equal chance to purchase their desired show(s).
Regional Exclusivity:
Ensembles will be asked for circuit, location, and performance information. This is to ensure that no two ensembles will perform the same show. This exclusivity will also apply to all national and regional circuits/championships. Jimmy Nguyen bares no financial responsibility if the ensemble fails to provide accurate performance circuit and competition information.
Show Expiry
Shows will only be allowed to be performed for ONE competitive season.
